DMS Artistry strives to ensure that all of our client’s receive the highest level of quality resulting in total satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that we will show up early and ready to make you look at your best. We will furnish the tools and supplies as well as anything else to complete the services you have authorized us to complete.

Our Requirements of You:

To help our team facilitate your authorized beauty services, we ask that your party arrive on time and be ready for our team.  Timing is crucial for our team to be able to give attention to detail and a personal experience to everyone. To ensure our client’s get the most out of our service, we must have our client’s partnership to arrive on time with clean skin and clean dry hair.

Photography: In some cases we may want to use your beautiful face for our website or advertisement purposes. By responding to this email, we have authorization to use your images unless specified.

Deposit:  Our team goes to every step possible to make your experience great. To do this, we prepare our kits and make sure our supplies are ready for your service. Specifically, we purchase and stock supplies according to your needs. Time and supplies expense are always incurred prior to your appointment. A deposit is due upon booking your appointment. The deposit holds your appointment date and time.  In the event you have to cancel, we will refund 25% of your deposit. Cancellation notices given in 3 days or less are not eligible for refunds.

Payment: We can split the services by person so you don’t have to worry about the payments and invoices for each member of your bridal party. We always provide a mobile credit card payment option. Your balance is due prior to the departure of our team.

Express Services: Do not include full contour* cut crease* dramatic eye looks* braids* or upstyling.

Makeup: Please let us know prior to your event or trial run if you or anybody in your contract is allergic or sensitive to any ingredients or a specific brand so we can accommodate you. We are not responsible for any sensitivity or allergic reaction you may have to our professional hair and makeup tools.  We recommend that our clients don’t have any medi-spa treatments, spray tans, peels, waxing or threading within 7 days of their makeup appointment. We require that persons receiving makeup services will arrive on time with clean, dry skin. Any makeup residue on the skin could interfere with the performance of our products. Strip eyelashes are always included in our makeup services but you are welcome to provide your own.

Hair Services: We require that persons needing services will arrive on time with clean & dry hair. We recommend washing your hair the night before your appointment for the best results. Any persons with damp hair will be charged a $25 blow dry fee. Clip in extensions provided by the client can be applied at an additional fee.

By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

General Contact

Feel free to contact our team with any questions you have regarding any of our services. We recommend booking 4-8 weeks prior to your special event. All submissions are confidential and WE WILL contact you back within 24 hours.

Service Location

We are based in Riverside, CA and typically offer services within a 30 miles radius. Depending on type of event and services required ,we may extent our service radius for you.
